• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be UP, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
• The arbitral award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction in India.
• Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and legal fees incurred in connection with the arbitration proceedings unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
• The parties agree that all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, whether arising under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall be subject exclusively to arbitration in accordance with this clause.
• This arbitration clause shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

No refund will be provided for:
