  •  Refunds are only applicable to the initial purchase of a service or product.
  •  The 15-day money-back guarantee applies to Digital Products and other specified services.
  •  The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to Physical Products.
  •  The product/service must not have been used extensively.
  •  The reason for the refund request must be valid and in accordance with our terms and conditions.
  •  If you think you have been charged incorrectly and might be due a refund, contact Customer Service. For example, if your credit card bill shows that you have been charged twice.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within the Specific time period of your initial purchase.

 

  1. Digital Products (Software, Security, E-books, etc.)
    • We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for digital products from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
    • To initiate a refund request, please get in touch with our customer support team with your order details.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
  2. Physical Products (Hardware, Accessories, etc.)
    •  If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
    •  We will arrange for a return or replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.
    •  For non-defective physical product returns, a restocking fee may apply, and the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Refundable Items:

 

  •  Certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include Monthly Subscriptions of Support and Services, MS Office.
  •  Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable, except in certain states and countries where these items are refundable.
NOTE: If you receive a refund for your purchase of any Software, you must uninstall the software in accordance with your license agreement. Also, and at the sole discretion of Tech Web Solution, your license could be disabled to prevent further use.

Cancellation Policy:

 

  1.  Monthly and Yearly Subscription Plans:

    •  Cancellation requests must be made 3 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
    •  Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and provide details on any remaining obligations or charges.
    •  No refund will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle after the cancellation date.
    •  Services will be terminated upon completion of the current billing cycle.
  2.  One-time Service Requests:
    •  If you have purchased a one-time computer support service, you can cancel your request at least 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment to receive a full refund.
    •  For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
  3.  Cancellation by Customer:
    •  Customers can cancel their services at any time.
    •  To cancel a service, please log in to your account or contact our customer support team.
    •  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 15-day money-back guarantee period or 30 days in the case of Physical Products.
  4.  Cancellation by Tech Web Solution:
    Tech Web Solution reserves the right to cancel any order or service subscription in the event of:
    •  Violation of our terms and conditions.
    •  Non-payment or payment issues.
    •  Any other reason deemed appropriate by Tech Web Solution.
    •  In the event of cancellation by Tech Web Solution, prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion.

  •  Services rendered or products that have been used or activated may not be eligible for a refund.
  •  Any discounts, promotional offers, or coupons applied during the purchase may affect the refund amount.
